New call back system available to help with long waits on the phone

We’re introducing a new call back system over the next few weeks which means the end of long waits on the phone when you need to contact the practice.
Simply choose the call back option and you can hang up and get on with other things without losing your place in the queue.
When you get to the front of the queue, we’ll ring you back – it’s as simple as that!
The call back option will be available during our busiest times, usually between 8 and 11am.
