We are launching a new and quicker way to book appointments and send requests to the practice. For most people, it will be the fastest way to get an appointment and ensure that you are seen by the right person at the right time.

By providing online triage, it will help to make sure we see people with the greatest need first, and free up our GPs to spend more time caring for patients. It’s designed mainly for new health problems, though you will also be able to use it for simple admin requests like a sick/fit note.

We’re hoping to launch the new system in May - we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available and how to use it.
